The director of the museum will guide you at the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum in the evening.
After the guided tour, we will do a workshop to create Japanese lights "AKARINE (means lighting sound in Japanese)".
After that, in a space surrounded by "lantern sound"
I will do a sake tasting party with live performance of Shakuhachi.

This event is organized in two parts.
The first is to participate in Sake Brewery Museum tour, a workshop and a tasting of sake.
The other one is to participate Sake Brewery Museum tour and a sake tasting party.

16:20 It gathers in front of the Hakuru Sake Brewery Museum.
16:30-17:00 Sake Brewery Museum tour by the museum director. The director will explain the history, culture, and relationships with local living of sake.(An English interpreter guide accompanies it.)
17: 00-18: 30 AKARINE workshop.
(AKARINE is a Japanese style stand light made of Japanese paper) Each participant makes it and takes it home with it.
18: 30-19:30 Japanese sake tasting party & Shakuhachi live performance.
19:30 ending time
